Windmill Village

Ever since he was a young kid, and until he set sail, Windmill Village, or Foosha Village as it's also known, was Luffy's home. This is where he first Shanks and where he ate the Gum-Gum fruit. He lived a long period of time away from the village though, while growing up with Ace, and meeting Sabo. But even though he lived on the actual town only when he was a small kid, he still considers Windmill his town. It is where he set sail, and where Makino is waiting for him to pay for all the meals she gave her, as a young Luffy told her he'd pay her some day with his treasure...
