Just before the time-skip happened, I was a bit worried about the new looks for the Straw Hats. We had seen Luffy and the rest keep the same look, more or less, for so long, that change may not had been a good thing. I didn't need to have worried.
Luffy changed the least, basically a new shirt, a sash, and a new scar courtesy of Akainu. I saw some sketches Oda did about various looks he considered for Luffy and while there were a few I really liked, I was happy with Oda's final design for him.
Zoro looks pretty badass. But like almost all of the fandom, his missing? eye threw me off initially. It took me a few seconds to think it was cool with me, Zoro was a badass with 2 eyes or with just one.
I just laughed out loud with Sanji. His eyebrow, that was hilarious. One of the misteries of One Piece finally revealed, with the best results possible. Besides that, Sanji looked pretty cool with his slightly different look.
Nami took some getting used to. I was not a big fan of her bikini top, but I learned to like it. It wasn't that difficult haha.
Chopper looked pretty cute, but I love his new reindeer form. He looks pretty damn impressive.
Robin was one I really liked, although after seeing some sketches of Oda, and knowing he considered giving her short hair, I think it was a missed chance on his part, since I like how she looked with shorter hair. Oh well...
Brook is awesome. You know your life was missing something until Soul King appeared before us, and everything became perfect.

Usopp looked so damn badass. I seriously thought he was no longer a easily scared guy, and of course that didn't happe haha. But mansopp is pretty impressive regardless

And of course I'm leaving Franky for last. The guy had a complete makeover! And while it took some time to get used to it, I now love his new look, and all the technology that's inside of it. God knows a robot/cyborg absolutely needs mechanized hair and nipple lights haha

Could you please tell me where you saw Oda's sketches? Are they on a website?

Well, they appeared on volume 61 of the manga. I do remember seeing them on-line, I think it was on Arlong Park Forums, but it was a while ago. But yeah, maybe if you search for the volume, you'll be able to find the sketches
